It was proposed to upgrade Mordialloc Pier to improve recreational fishing. KBR developed concepts and assessed the technical feasibility of upgrading the pier, which included a desktop review of pier condition, an assessment of technical, planning and environmental constraints and opportunities, stakeholder engagement including a survey of pier users’ satisfaction, development of concepts for extending the pier, a preferred schematic design and cost estimates.
