KBR prepared a waterways berthing strategy for the City of Melbourne’s waterways. Strategy development was a challenging undertaking due to the challenge of the waterways being subject to multiple remits. The strategy effectively dealt with management challenges and provided a road map to achieving the city’s objectives. Matthew killian prepared all reporting.
