infrastructure compliance is multi-faceted. often this is done to rate load carrying capacity, berth rating and to establish mooring arrangements and requirements around prescribed environmental conditions. clients generally require checks in response to a change, an incident or the development of signs that the asset may be non-compliant. it is anticipated that clients will more proactively pursue these checks as asset management practices improve and management tools become more systematic.
