kellogg, brown & root was engaged by parks victoria to undertake a condition assessment following a storm In June 2014. the storm damaged several maritime structures in Port Phillip. KBR investigated the extent of the damage and determined remediation requirements. Matthew killian undertook visual assessment and supervised reporting and development of cost estimates for the remediation works.
