Sureside provided services to Kellogg, Brown and Root (KBR) which was engaged to prepare documentation for relocation of the Super Yacht Berth in Docklands to a new location within Docklands.
the berths were repurposed as temporary ferry terminal berths. the constraints at the site proved challenging as full function would have required investment in new infrastructure (rather than repurposing what was existing). thus, it was elected that one berth should have high function (more resilient to disruption) and the second berth to have a higher incidence of disruption.
several changes and adjustments were required to existing infrastructure in order to make the facility functional.
