kellogg, brown & root was engaged by city of port phillip (‘copp’) to undertake a condition assessment for beacon cove promenade.

KBR prepared a Condition Assessment Report for
Cowes Jetty. The Jetty comprised a concrete approach structure and timber jetty head. The components of the structure were in distinctly different condition, with the approach requiring significant remedial effort to achieve its continued use. To rationalise preferred actions KBR recommended an options study to resolve the best action for the structure from a whole of life perspective. Matthew killian supervised conduct of the investigation and reporting.
