prior to the tender assessment sureside was able to advise on risks associated with documentation. advice included issues with constructability and durability. fortunately, the market itself identified these risks and submitted offers based upon usual practice, which better aligned to good practice.

sureside’s involvement brought experience from previous similar projects and instigated identification of risks that were able to be resolved in both the tender interview and negotiation process. our advice included technical guidance regarding amendment of scope into new separable portions to suit proposed changes to the agreement structures.
