Old quay container cranes, weighing up to 1000 t, are demobilised from site by partial disassembly and loading onto a shipping barge. KBR reviewed, and made recommendations for, the proposed operations in order to issue letters of certification to confirm that the wharves were structurally safe for the demobilisation. Matthew undertook project management and oversight of the review of all sites.
